We are already seeing a positive return on the training. We had an accident with wires down and live wires laying across the entire roadway. A Lieutenant tweeted about the road closure and provided detour info. It’s a small change, but will make a huge difference. That change in our procedures alone made the training worthwhile because it is a more efficient way for the Lieutenants to get a message out and they won’t have to spend time writing the press release when they should be in the field.
